Potassium carbonate

Potassium carbonate (potash) has the chemical formula K2CO3, is a white crystalline powder, soluble in water. Potash is not toxic, fire and explosion safe, has alkaline properties.

The raw material for the production of potassium carbonate is a carbonate solution obtained during the isolation of the aluminate hydroxide solution at complex processing of nepheline.

Potash is used for the production of refractory glass or crystal, in the production of paint and varnish products for the photography, as an additive in the mortar to reduce the freezing point of the liquid soap in the production of fire extinguishing means, of fire protection for wood products.

Also potash is used in compound feeds for broiler chickens.

Packing: polypropylene bags of 25 kg for the calcined potash, 40 kg for polutoravodnogo potash; special soft containers of 1000 kg. Permissible deviations of container space by weight of +/- 3%.

Transportation: all types of transport (except air), in accordance with the shipping rules.

Guaranteed shelf life of three months from the date of manufacture.
